Decent Start
Parker, Kenneth and I met in the library for the first time since the beginning of class two days before we had to present. Actually, Kenneth couldn't make it because he had a stomach virus. So Parker and I rehashed to the class what we were able to brainstorm in the library a few days prior. The beginning of our story was solidly agreed upon, and we knew that the middle section of the film was going to be filed with different types of environments, possibly some gags, however, the ending was undecided. Kenneth, the director, was leaning more towards a heterosexual approach where our protagonist is lured out of his safety by a female version of himself, meanwhile he is grabbed by the hand of a cook and boiled to death. We were initially going to have to divide up work but I convinced Kenneth not to, seeing as how this was the only time that I had scheduled to do this pre-liminary work. Despite the butter thick awkwardness in the air, everything got done surprisingly well. Conversation between the group mates was productive and group centered. In fact, now that I have had a meeting with Kenneth a few times, I have come to respect him, I can put myself in his shoes when we get into an argument.
